Doug Wise is Chairman of IES Global, LLC. Doug has advanced IES into an international leader in energy efficiency and savings, while reducing carbon emissions.

Doug`s background is in mechanical engineering with more than 40 years of experience owning and running multiple companies. These companies have specialized in design and engineering, manufacturing, and software design for the automotive industries. He has spent more than 30 years supplying fortune 500 companies with special design tooling and high-volume products.

At the age of 22, Doug started his company – Wise Tool & Design, which specialized in designing special Tools for the automotive industry. He later expanded his business to include prototyping and testing for his existing customers. Ford Motor Co, General Motors Co, and Honda Motors Co. After many successful years, Doug expanded his company once again and changed the company name to Wise Industries, LLC. Wise Industries became a Tier 1 supplier of Medium – Heavy duty metal stamping. Over the years Wise Industries was recognized for best Quality products and on time deliveries for all customers. Wise was awarded one of the largest contracts from Ford Motor Co. supplying the Ford Explorer SUV. In 2001 Doug sold his company and began pursuing Energy Conservation.

Dr. Paul B. Bleiweis is the Chief Operating Officer of IES Global. In this role he has responsibility for ensuring excellent sales, technical and project performance for all of IES Global’s clients. Dr. Bleiweis brings to the Company more than 35 years of senior management and technical experience in energy production and energy conservation technology development and applications. Most recently he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of an internationally recognized company that designs, distributes, and installs electrical energy saving technologies in industrial and commercial facilities.

Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of a technology consulting firm that developed and sold technologies in such diverse areas as energy conservation, proprietary software development for Microsoft, development of non-lethal riot control weaponry, and technologies for deep space missions. He was a Senior Vice President at SAIC, a large, employee-owned technology and consulting company, where he was involved in the development and management of such diverse businesses including development of energy and environmental technology applications, development of electrical systems for fast-lane toll roads, teleconferencing system development, and development of methods for safe disposal of chemical weapons. Before SAIC he also was a Principal in the energy practice at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Dr. Bleiweis began his career as a Staff Member and Alternate Group Leader in the Energy Division at the Los Alamos National Laboratory after a two-year stint as an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois. Dr. Bleiweis received a PhD in nuclear science and engineering, a MS in nuclear science, and a BS, Summa Cum Laude, in engineering, all from the University of California at Los Angeles
